These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between W19 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and anyone who uses the W19 website and services ("you", "the user"). By registering with W19 or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using W19.

1 General

W19 is an international online betting and gaming platform that serves users in Bangladesh in Bengali. By using W19, you acknowledge that —

• You may only operate one account.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with W19, the following conditions must be met. Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory.

Registration Requirements

• Each person may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all of them being closed and balances may be forfeited.
• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate. Incorrect information may cause issues during account verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Sharing your password with others is strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification may be required before processing a withdrawal. If documents are requested, they must be submitted within 7 business days.
• If unusual activity is suspected on an account, W19 may suspend transactions pending verification.

If your mobile number or email address changes, update it promptly in your account settings. If OTPs are no longer reaching your old number, you may have trouble logging in — contact the support team for assistance.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on W19. For any payment-related issues, please contact our support team.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• All deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 15 minutes. If there is a delay, contact support with your transaction ID.
• There are no additional charges on deposits.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard accounts may withdraw up to ৳50,000 per day.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

W19 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms, and failure to meet them may result in the bonus being forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

• A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000 BDT.
• A minimum deposit of ৳300 BDT is required to receive the welcome bonus.
• A 10x wager on the total deposit amount is required to withdraw the bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

General Bonus Policy

• Each promotion can only be used once.
• Bonus balance can be used for betting but cannot be transferred directly.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• W19 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses may be cancelled if unusual betting patterns are detected.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting on W19. Failure to comply may result in your bet being voided.

Bet Placement Rules

• Double-check all details before confirming a bet. Confirmed bets cannot be changed.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10.
• The maximum bet per match is determined by your account tier.
• Odds may change before a bet is confirmed in live betting.

Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all stakes will be fully refunded.
• If a match is abandoned before the required overs/time have been completed, the outcome will be determined in accordance with W19's policy.
• If a match is suspended due to a technical issue, bets may be voided.

Odds Adjustment Policy

W19 reserves the right to correct any erroneous odds at any time. Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds may be voided by W19. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the W19 platform. Violations may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person or family member's name.
• Registering using a fake identity or another person's information.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Match fixing or participation in any unlawful activity.
• Attempting to interfere with or tamper with the platform's software or systems.
• Depositing or betting using funds from a third party.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

An account may be closed either at the user's own request or by a decision from W19.

Closed by User

You can request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Once all pending bets are settled, any withdrawable balance will be refunded. Activating Self-Exclusion will lock your account for a specified period.

Closed by W19

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to provide KYC documents within the required timeframe.
• Extended inactivity (12 months).
• As directed by regulatory authorities.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balance will be forfeited. The return of original deposits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limit: Set your own weekly or monthly deposit cap.
• Session Limit: Enable automatic logout after a set period of gaming activity.
